Position Summary We are currently hiring entry level individuals for our Customer Service/ Live Chat Representative positions. Be a member of a dynamic team in effectively helping Americans enroll in medical insurance. A Customer Service–Live Chat Representative will work directly with customers through computer based web system. You will be trained professionally to provide outstanding customer service to our customers in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver world class customer service while managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously; Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries; Manage customer inquiries utilizing standard text responses; Assist customers with online sales inquiries by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying their needs and taking strategic action in a timely manner; Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively; Work efficiently within the working hours. 外贸客服专员职责

您的职责:

1.提供精良的客户服务,快速处置及正确地回答海外客户邮件,包括提供售前咨询、订单追踪信息和好息争答售后问题等;

2.妥善处置客户投诉与纠纷,进步客户满足度账户好评率,保持账号精良运行状态;

3.搜集和统计客户相关数据,参与客户服务满足提高筹谋和推行;

4.日常工作的流程及细则文档维护(WordExcel)等相关办公牍档);

5.收集和总结问题,反馈给上级,与相关部分沟通,进步团队的服从和整体协调理;

6.根据公司经营计划,实行、落实新老客户营销与关怀活动进步客户转化率、重复购置率和客户忠诚度;

7.完成上级的其他工作安排,实行敏捷。

您的任职资格:

1.大专及以上学历,英语相关专业(英语CET-4/6优先思量);

具备精良的明白和书面表达本领,并能快速学习把握所需技能;

2.有志于电子商务行业,并对B2C平台外贸客服有浓重爱好和工作热情;

3.性格慎重,责任心强,且客户服务意识强;

4.有Amazon、Ebay或其他大型第三方B2C销售平台客服履历者优先;

5.有志于跨境电商行业,对B2C在线销售有浓重爱好和工作热情,乐意和团队共同发展;

6.该实习岗亭现在担当大四*后一学期或不需要再回校上课的学生,暂无暑假实习岗亭;

3、纯熟操作EXCEL、WORD等办公软件, 有客服、业务跟单等相关工作履历者优先。
